By accessing or using Deira ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Deira is a marketplace platform that connects buyers worldwide with shopping agents ("Shoppers") in Dubai's Deira market. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.

2. Description of Services

Deira provides a platform for:

• Buyers to browse and purchase products from Dubai's Deira market
• Buyers to hire Shoppers for personal shopping services
• Shoppers to list their services and products
• Facilitating communication between Buyers and Shoppers
• Processing payments and managing transactions

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Shopper Obligations

Shoppers on the Platform agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions of products and services
• Source only authentic, genuine products
• Complete orders within the specified timeframe
• Communicate professionally with Buyers
• Comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations
• Maintain proper business documentation where required

5. Buyer Obligations

Buyers on the Platform agree to:

• Provide accurate shipping information
• Pay for orders in full before shipping
• Understand that products are sourced from local markets
• Accept responsibility for import duties in their country
• Communicate respectfully with Shoppers

6. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed securely through our platform. Deira charges a service fee on each transaction. Prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED). Buyers are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary based on destination. Deira is not responsible for customs delays or duties. Shoppers must ship items within the agreed timeframe. Buyers are responsible for providing correct shipping addresses.

8. Refunds and Disputes

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Buyers should first attempt to resolve issues directly with Shoppers. Deira provides dispute resolution services when needed. Refunds may be issued for items not as described or not received.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Sell counterfeit or illegal products
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Harass or abuse other users
• Circumvent platform fees by transacting offline
• Use the platform for money laundering
• Violate intellectual property rights

10. Limitation of Liability

Deira acts as a marketplace platform and is not responsible for the quality of products or services provided by Shoppers. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
